Policy

Please keep in mind that this is a side business and I'm building stoke around work and family commitments.  Some timelines are also highly dependent on third party vendors shipping raw materials or performing services like anodizing.  I will keep you in the loop about delays as soon as I know about them.

Warranty:  Please contact me if you have a question, concern or problem with your product.  I will try to make it right and keep you as a happy customer.  Assistance could range from helping you dial in your set up, to a refund/replacement for a bonafide manufacturing defect. Honest feedback about durability helps me improve future products, so expect blunt questions!  I'm an engineer, not a customer service agent!  If you order a customized deck, we will be in contact throughout the process.  I cannot guarantee that your idea will work or last as long as the shapes I've personally tested for thousands of miles.  If your issue stems from a manufacturing defect, I will stand behind my product and repair or replace it.  If you just don't like it, then lets talk about discounts for a version 2.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns:  If you think you may want to cancel an order for a refund, please contact me.  Refunds that are not due to something on my end will have the Stripe transaction fees deducted.  The fees come out to around 4%, but your payment method and currency conversion may affect the total that shows back up in your bank account.  If the refund is due to a problem on my end, like delayed shipment beyond the date stated on the listing or agreed upon later, I will refund the full amount including the transaction fee.  If you want to return a product that is "like new" and can be resold, the transaction fee will not be refundable and you will need to cover the return shipping back to me. Pictures will be required before approving any returns.
